![]() ![]() All this time I checked the Task manager and saw that it was recording 'low usage' for power. Initially it seemed to have worked as I could open the program and move from Welcome to manage to Edit. I did as you suggested and held the Shift key as I clicked on the PSP icon and I was indeed given the option of a reset which I did. Peace of mind as far as that's concerned. Now the program simply freezes every time I try to use it and I can only close it with Task Manager. Before it froze I went to ‘Preferences’ and made the 'Manage' page the default opening page. On one of my attempts to use the program I was able to open the Welcome page and click on ‘Edit'. ![]() One is for Paintshop Pro 2019 (64bit) and the second is just Paintshop Pro 2019. (Before purchasing the full version I uninstalled the trial version.)įollowing the download of the program I noticed that two shortcuts had been created on the desktop. Prior to purchasing the Full Version program today, I had downloaded the 'Trial Version' and I had no problems with this. ![]() (The Task manager indicates that the program is using 'very high' power consumption.) I've tried numerous times to open the program without success. I then opened the program to the 'Welcome' page but when I tried to navigate to the 'Manage' page the program froze and I had to shut it down using the Task manager. This morning (23rd November, 2018) I purchased the 'Paint Shop Pro 2019 Ultimate' program online from the Corel website and followed the download instructions. ![]()
